1. INTRODUCTION

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must have all tags, labels, and accessories attached
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Perishable goods


3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at ceo@hydeessco.com or call (903) 983-2021 to request a return authorization
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
3. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization number (RMA)
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
6. Ship the item to the address provided in our return confirmation

Please do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or item not as described).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. Hydeso is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item.


5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 3–5 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Please note:

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method


6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary
3. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ceo@hydeessco.com or call (903) 983-2021


7. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ceo@hydeessco.com or call (903) 983-2021 to initiate the exchange process.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photographs of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging
- Any other relevant details

We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.


9. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item using a prepaid shipping label.


10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at ceo@hydeessco.com or call (903) 983-2021.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return in accordance with this policy.


11. SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items. Refunds for sale items will be issued at the price paid at the time of purchase.
