Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Hose Assembly Kit — Field Ready

A hydraulic hose blows on a Saturday night two hours from the nearest parts store. The rig is down. Every hour of downtime costs more than this entire kit.

The Field-Ready Hose Assembly Kit lets you build a replacement hose on site. Contains:

• Manual crimper with six die sets covering hose sizes from 1/4" through 1"
• A tray of 24 assorted JIC and NPT field fittings — the ones you actually need
• Two starter lengths of hose (SAE 100R2 and 100R12 — two-wire and four-wire)
• A depth-insertion gauge so your crimps are right every time
• A crimp-spec chart with micrometer measurements for every combination of hose and fitting in the kit

The case is steel, weather-sealed, and heavy enough that nobody's going to casually walk off with it. The crimper is manual — no power needed. In fifteen minutes you go from a blown hose to a running machine.
