We'll tell you:

• Whether this is a reseal job you can do in the field or a full rebuild that needs our shop
• What seal kit it takes
• What tools you'll need
• What else to check while you've got the cylinder out

You hang up with a diagnosis, a parts list, and a labor estimate. No charge for the call beyond this purchase. If you decide to send it to Kilgore for the rebuild, we credit the consult fee toward the repair.
