Injector Head Seal & Wiper Kit — Standard (6600–8K)

Injector heads eat seals. That's the job — seals keep wellbore pressure where it belongs while you're pumping chemical downhole. When they wear, you lose pressure. When you lose pressure, you lose the job.

This kit covers routine seal and wiper replacement for Hydessco 6600 and 8K injector heads — the two most common sizes in the field. Contains:

• Two complete seal kits (enough for two full rebuilds)
• Four wiper elements
• The correct O-rings for both head models
• A small tube of assembly lube that won't attack polyurethane
• Simple brass drifts so you're not installing seals with a screwdriver and a prayer

Fits in a glovebox. Restocks from our shop in Kilgore — call when you've used both kits, we'll ship another. The pouch is vinyl, oil-resistant, and will outlast the truck.
