Mechanical Inspection & Measurement Set — Certified

Every Hydessco cylinder, every pump, every injector head leaves our shop after passing mechanical inspection. The tools that do that inspecting — these are them.

The Certified Mechanical Inspection & Measurement Set contains:

• 0–6" digital micrometer set reading to 0.00005"
• 0–6" digital caliper
• Telescoping gauge set (5/16" through 6")
• Dial bore gauge with 0.0001" indicator
• Surface roughness comparator (Ra values from 2 to 500 micro-inches — 22 specimens)

Every instrument comes with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate. The case is aluminum with a replaceable silica-gel desiccant pack — rust is the enemy of precision.
