Banding Tool & Material Starter Kit

Capillary tubing ships on reels. Those reels ride flatbeds across three states. If the banding fails, the tubing shifts. If the tubing shifts, it kinks. If it kinks, the entire reel is scrap — and you're explaining a six-figure loss to someone who does not want to hear it.

This starter kit contains the tools and materials for proper stainless banding:

• A manual combination tensioner/sealer (pulls tension and crimps the clip in one tool — no separate sealer needed)
• Two 100-foot coils of 1/2" stainless banding strap (Type 201)
• A box of 100 matching clips
• A pair of cut-resistant gloves

The tool is the same model our shop uses to secure capillary reels, injector head crates, and bundled tubing shipments leaving Kilgore. We band everything — because we're the ones who pay when it arrives damaged.

Band strap restocks from us. The tool doesn't wear out. The gloves eventually do — replace them wherever you buy work gloves.
